Meditation evenings begin with a guided relaxation session to settle participants down and help them to feel comfortable in their bodies. This is followed by an instrumental phase, where participants are accompanied by the melody of an instrument called the Hang.
The Hang’s gentle and harmonious sound has a naturally relaxing and soothing effect. This is followed by a period of silence, after which we end the evening with an exchange of experiences among participants.
Posture :
No particular posture needs to be adopted for meditation. You may either sit on the floor with a meditation cushion or sit on a chair.
